On the program Develop Your Business we are creating Advisory Board for Your company. At one time you are becoming a member of Advisory Board several other companies.
Structure of the Advisory Board program
The program lasts for almost a year and includes:

- training for corporate governance (preparing You as a member of Advisory Board)
- visits to well-known Swedish companies (Ericsson, IKEA, Scania, etc.), studying their approaches and business models
- meeting with the innovative and entrepreneurial culture of Sweden (2nd place in the world of innovations)
This part will take place directly in your company.
You will receive an external evaluation from DYB experts and businessmen participating in the program.
Also, as a member of the Advisory Board, you will visit the companies of other participants. You will see how their business models work, and join in evaluating strategic decisions in these businesses.
Your thinking, as a businessman, will go beyond one company. You will understand the common principles for solving complex business development issues.

Each module lasts 3 days. Passes in comfortable suburban conference centers. During this period you will immerse yourself in a special atmosphere where harmoniously combined learning, club discussions and relaxation.
DYB club is a club of business owners, graduates of the DYB program.
Working meetings are the service support created by the Advisory Boards. During the training you will be able to integrate into the DYB club environment, to expand business contacts, to meet with graduate companies and attract additional external expertise.
The last and most important stage.
All of the strategic tools and ideas developed in the program, you integrate into one document - The strategy of development and company capitalization.
A top management team of your company may be involved in creating a document. But you present the Development Strategy yourself personally before the Advisory Board and investment commission of experts from DYB.
